Your rights

Under Electronic Commerce (2000/13/EC), Unfair Commercial Practices Directive, Unfair Contract Terms (93/13/EC) and related state and territory fair trading laws you have inalienable rights and remedies available to you if you consider something you purchase from this site is not of the standard you expected given its price and the way it was described. Cancellations, refunds & returns

For all our products sold through our online shop you may return any damaged or unwanted product within 14 days for a prompt refund of its purchase price. Shipping costs will be refunded if the problem is a result of our error. Please make sure that you include the original packing slip with the product and that it is securely wrapped. Delivery

Up to date delivery conditions are specified in section 5 - „Shipping & Payment“ . The delivery conditions differ for every country. We will notify you by email of the shipping date of your product. If the product you ordered isn't in stock, you'll be notified by email, giving you an expected shipping date.
